As a new patient to our practice, we ask that your initial visit be paid in full at the time of service regardless of insurance coverage. We will be happy to supply you with an estimate of your initial charges.

Your dental claim will be submitted to your insurance company and, if any payment is made on the claim we will issue you a reimbursement check. On your subsequent visits, your insurance will be filed and any remaining balance due will be shown on your statement.
